The Road To A Healthy Living….Health and Wellness Fair Event

The Health and Wellness Fair event was held at the Rockwell Tent, Powerplant Mall, Makati. It is a 3 day event and was organized by G stuff and Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation Inc of ABS-CBN. At exactly 12nn of October 2,2015, the door opens and welcomes exhibitors, participants and guests to participate and have a wonderful time checking out stuffs by Ms.Gina Lopez The event was made primarily to open the eyes of people to establish a healthy living for the wellness of our health. It showcases different things from organic foods to different natural medicines to preparation of foods naturally as well as the introduction of wellness clinics. They also invited different speakers or wellness guru here and across the globe to educate and teach the guests and even participants to learn more about wellness.

They also offered curated dinner and brunch on that 3 days which was prepared by different popular chefs in the metro.

The largest booth that I have seen was the booth of Department of Agriculture. They offered a lot of organic foods that was harvested by our dear farmers and sell it on affordable ptrices.They even have sample tasting for you to find out what taste suits your tastebuds. Next, was the booth of G-stuff that showcases different essential oils, healthy juices from fresh fruits and vegetables, the popular extra virgin coconut oil, the handmade bag made from Sinamay (correct me if Im wrong).

Others booths have offered free trial of their newly innovative machines that can ease pain in the body. Some have this massage booth to accommodate people who wants to try their services.

And there are this holistic wellness clinics who promote and educate people on who to become being well in a natural way. Part of it is our clinic named BIovitale Holistic Center owned by none other than Dr. Sonny Viloria, he pioneered first the traditional Chinese medicine in the Philippines. On behalf of it Forever Living products by Sir Chris Lim joined in our booth which is popular by its own Aloe Vera Liquid Gel. Another one is Organique Acai Berry which is popular in TV and radio and endorsed by Ms. Cory Quirino,an advocate of wellness.

And main highlights was those speakers/wellness guru that teach and informed us how to become being well without spending too much.

To sum it up, I enjoyed the event and have learned a lot to become an advocate of health in a natural way. And happy that I’ve met friends in that short period of time. And the proceeds of the fair will be used to help our kababayans. And to support the advocacy of Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation!
